Spooky Halloween Reads

As the sun dips over the horizon and the moon waits for its debut, there are ghosts, goblins, and creepy creatures getting ready for their nocturnal adventures. We glimpse them from our peripheral vision, shake our heads, and look directly for that movement. We are not quick enough to see, but we feel them pass us, by the chills on our arms and neck.

Here are two collections of short stories by the hand of Cyn Bagley–

  1. Oooh! I’ll read Ghostly. I loved Smoke and Mirrors. I’ll try Hilda’s later this winter, but I’m not much of a fan of S&S. Not since Howard and LOTR. It may have been the (mis)direction it took, though, so who knows. :o)

Where did you get the WIP widget?

    • Sorry about losing your comment. I found it in SPAM 😉 Anyway I appreciate you looking at my books.

As for the WIP widget… I found the counter in “Nanowrimo toys games and gadgets.” I placed the counter code in WP text widget. I used to have a better counter from WP, but it disappeared. Still this one is sufficient.

No sweat. it happens a lot. I must look like spam.
I did find it but couldn’t figure out how to make it work. Thanks

    • I personally am a fan of the books (LOTR) instead of the movies. But then I like books better than most movies except for Jesse Stone (Tom Selleck). They did a good job with Robert Parker’s books.
